Shipping Fine Print
Title on all wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in New York. If you require your wine to be shipped, you authorize Tribeca Wine Merchants to engage a carrier on your behalf. Tribeca Wine Merchants cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit, for any reason whatsoever. We offer insurance on all shipments for an additional fee of 1% of the order total. If you prefer, you may use your own insurance, or wave it all together.
