"The Domaine de Montille has a history that dates back to the 1730's. Hubert de Montille took over the domaine in 1947 who skyrocketed the family to one of the top estates in Burgundy. Etienne de Montille grew up observing his fathers footsteps but has expanded its vineyards and transitioned the vineayrds to organic and biodynmaic farming.
