Champagne Corbon. Again, a domaine reinvigorated by the newest (3rd) generation, the wines still fly under the radar of most Champagne enthusiasts, no doubt due to their minuscule size. But Champagne lovers listen up, here we find incredibly taut Champagne loaded with personality and classicism, with Tim Atkins MW exclaiming, "These really are wines that fans of classical Blanc de Blancs need to get on their radar."
Base 2018. This is a truly outstanding Champagne for a song! On the richer side, there is loads of biscuity toast, with fresh lemon notes and cutting acidity. A fabulous candidate for House Champagne.
